Shade Tree Landscaping provides residential and commercial landscaping and hardscaping services, including but not limited to: landscape irrigation and sprinkler systems, sod installation and replacement, hardscapes (retaining walls, paver and concrete patios, driveway extensions), landscape lighting, French drains, aerating, topdressing, soil modification, mulching, and new construction landscaping plans.
Descriptions of services on this website are provided for general informational purposes. Actual services performed, scope of work, materials, and pricing will be determined through direct consultation, site visit, and a written quote or agreement between Shade Tree Landscaping and the customer.
Quotes provided through this website, by phone, or during a site visit are estimates based on the information and site conditions available at that time. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered once work begins, changes requested by the customer, material cost fluctuations, or permitting requirements. A formal written quote or contract will be provided prior to the start of any work and will govern the scope, pricing, and terms of the project.
Project start and completion dates are estimates. Landscaping and hardscaping work is subject to delays due to weather, site conditions, material availability, permitting, or other circumstances outside our control. Shade Tree Landscaping will make reasonable efforts to communicate any delays and revised timelines to the customer.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for the duration of the project, including identifying the location of underground utilities, irrigation lines, septic systems, or other buried infrastructure not marked by utility locate services. Shade Tree Landscaping is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground elements.
Payment terms, including deposits, progress payments, and final payment, will be outlined in the written quote or contract provided for each project. Payment is due according to the schedule agreed upon in that contract. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in the project agreement.
Any warranty on workmanship or materials will be specified in the written contract for your project. Plant material, sod, and living elements are subject to natural growing conditions and are not guaranteed beyond any specific warranty period stated in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on products such as irrigation equipment or lighting fixtures are passed through to the customer as provided by the manufacturer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shade Tree Landscaping is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or from services performed, except as otherwise agreed to in a signed project contract. This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
